Definitions

Account Registration

To access real-money betting and casino services on bee77, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to all bee77 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bee77 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

• Notification of Compromise: You must notify bee77 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bee77 will investigate and, where warranted, suspend the Account pending resolution.
• Account Currency: All bee77 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency of an Account cannot be changed after registration.

Identity Verification (KYC)

bee77 is required to verify the identity and age of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. The following applies to all Account holders:

• bee77 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity.
• Accepted identification documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh.
• bee77 may additionally request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source-of-funds documentation where required.
• Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged or altered documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
• Until KYC verification is completed to bee77's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit betting activity, or suspend the Account.
• bee77 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits to a bee77 Account must be made through one of the approved payment methods. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Approved Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as may be added or removed from the Platform at bee77's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per method, as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Currency: All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bee77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Own Funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of gambling on the Platform, is strictly prohibited.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. bee77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes immediate effect; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• No Credit: bee77 does not extend credit to Players. You may only wager funds that are present in your Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance at the time of the bet.

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Right to Review: bee77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, bee77 will notify the Player of the review and its expected duration.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and pre-match / in-play wagering activity on the bee77 Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player and acknowledged by the bee77 system. Verbal agreements, screenshots, or other external records of odds are not binding on bee77.
